SO MUCH STOCK 🤩 Having just moved back to the area, we were quick to do our research to find the best variety and price for our two Flurkens. We like buying in bulk where possible and these peeps had a great selection for us to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and the overall experience has definitely enticed us to keep going back.

What a fun store to take your pup to. The team were so helpful and even managed to find a treat my new pup would eat. They had a huge range of food, treats, accessories and more for us to look at. And the ability to customise and take your own dog tag home (rather than wait for ages for it to come from some online store) was wonderful. We will be back again.

I have visited many pet shops that sell pet products. But when I visited PetO in Stafford, Brisbane, and went there to buy the products, I realized that the places I went to before were wrong in the last few years. The reason for this is that they have a lot of options for their customers. For example, if you want food, they have ordinary food, they also have very high quality food. I was even looking for some American food for my dog. And here, they didn't just have one model, they had several models, with excellent quality, and all of them had a new history, and their expiry dates were very long. It is obvious that they have very good quality here. And in Lavazem, which is a pet shop, I saw that they have all good brands, and they also have more ordinary brands. For example, this customer has a lot of options. And when I went to Lavazem, which is a pet shop, I saw that they have several pet shops. And they have a lot of good and fair prices, and they have very good brands, the best brands that I know, like Easy Dog or Fuzzyard or other brands, which have everything. For example, if you want to buy from Easy Dog, they always have one size or one color, but here you have all the colors, all the options. And this pet shop has a manager named Jacob. Wow, this man is so kind! Wow, this man has so much information. He has information about everything he wants. And he is so friendly with his customers' pets, as if they are his own pets. For example, I took my dog friend there with me, so that I could buy a pet something for him, as if he were his own dog. And if you give him something that is not good for him, he would get something better. Not that his price is higher or lower, but he would give his offer, his idea. Thanks to Georgia and Jodie for their excellent customer service. I had to drive out here after being told Australia Post delivered my parcel even though I was in the kitchen with the door wide open. How does that happen? Anyway thanks to Pet O for coming up with a very good substitute. Great service.

This store has a huge range of products and offers great value for money. The loyalty program is particularly attractive. The staff member who served us was very helpful.
